Coaching focuses on training for the specific language functions that you require for a future event where English will be used, for example meetings, conference calls, presentations and business travel.

Before beginning the coaching activity, a needs assessment is performed to identify which English language skills need to be strengthened and when, where and how the language skills will be used. A coaching program is then agreed-on and the program begins.

The results of the training include executive confidence in his/her language skills & effective performance.
